Hello I am Carrie owner of FitGirl Studio, and ACE certified personal trainer. I have over 5 years of pole dance experience and 3 years in teaching and personal training.
I teach pole dance fitness classes and offer private lessons at the best local studio in town Paulette’s Studio of Dance and I love, love every minute of it. The only downside is it is a part time gig.
I decided my best option was to run FitGirl Studio out of the upper unit my duplex and offer private lessons to those with variable schedules. It offers privacy for clients and allows me a very flexible schedule and clients don’t have to commit to a class schedule.
I work with clients, individually or in pairs, on building the strength to do a variety of fun pole moves. I work with clients who are only interested in building strength as well as clients working to put together a sexy dance routine. I can design you class to fit your needs.
PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept clients who attend Paulette’s Studio of Dance if your pole journey started there or you are attending regular classes there please schedule your private lessons through the studio.
Fitgirl Studio hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY with absolutely no drop in appointments.
Please email @ email@example.com or call or text 419-344-9211 with any studio questions.

When you arrive you can park on the street or in the driveway.
Please use the front door and ring the top doorbell if I don’t meet you at the door.
You will need to fill out some paper work for your first appointment so arrive a few minutes early.
Bring water please.
Do not moisturize at least several hours before your appointment or you will be sliding down the pole.
Suggested Workout Gear
I suggest bare feet or lyrical sandals, or ballet type slippers, heels are allowed but not mandatory.
You should wear shorts and a t-shirt, tank top or sports bra. In cold weather I suggest wearing layers and as you warm up you can remove some of the outer layers.
If you don’t have or don’t feel comfortable in shorts a pair of yoga pants that will easily roll up a few inches above your knees will work.
